We are looking for a talented, passionate, and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Revenue Operations Associate, EMEA. Reporting to the VP Revenue Operations, you will play a critical role in driving performance, operational efficiency, and strategic insight across our Revenue Operations function. You will own our GTM systems, generate actionable insights, and help align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success around shared goals and metrics.
You will identify key strategic opportunities, leverage deep GTM systems expertise, and use AI tools including Claude to accelerate and enhance our operational capabilities, helping build a world-class operational engine to support our rapid growth and best-in-class product..

Strategic Planning, Decision Support & GTM Execution
Partner with leadership to deliver data-driven insights, scenario modelling, and recommendations that guide strategic decisions and growth plans
Support long-term revenue strategy and investment planning through structured analysis
Leverage Claude and other AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, and decision-support workflows
Reporting & Forecasting
Build and maintain dashboards giving leadership visibility into the revenue engine — pipeline, ARR, churn, expansion, and partner performance
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, ensuring CRM data aligns with financial reporting
Revenue Operations Strategy & Alignment
Design and optimize revenue processes across the full customer and partner lifecycle (lead → close → renewal)
Coordinate product launches, marketing campaigns, and GTM experiments to ensure cross-functional alignment
Identify and implement AI-driven process improvements that reduce manual effort and improve consistency across the revenue org
Systems & Tools Management
Manage and optimize GTM engine— pipelines, lead routing, lifecycle stages, scoring, and automation
Integrate and maintain tech stack components (e.g., billing systems, customer portals, marketing tools)
Champion the adoption of Claude and AI tooling within the team to streamline operations and unlock capacity
You’re a highly analytical, proactive, and commercially minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You combine sharp problem-solving skills with curiosity, adaptability, and a strong drive to make an impact.
Hands-on experience using Claude or other LLMs to drive operational efficiencies, automate workflows, and enhance decision-making across a business
3+ years of experience in a highly analytical role, ideally within B2B SaaS, management consulting, or a fast-growing business.
Experience in Revenue Operations (sales operations, enablement, forecasting, etc.), CRM, and related sales tools and/or B2B SaaS is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to break down complex challenges and use data to drive decisions.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, with experience guiding or mentoring others and a readiness to step into leadership as the team grows.
Excellent project management skills, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
