The Role: Want to be a part of our exciting growth journey?
We’re looking for a hands-on HubSpot Systems Administrator to join our Revenue Operations team and take full ownership of HubSpot as our core go‑to‑market system. This is a high‑impact role for a true builder — someone who thrives on designing, integrating, and automating, not just maintaining CRM systems.
You’ll own HubSpot end‑to‑end across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs, shaping the data model, building workflows and integrations, and creating reporting that gives our commercial teams clarity and confidence. Working closely with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, you’ll turn fast‑moving, often loosely defined requirements into scalable technical solutions.
You’ll be joining at a pivotal moment. We’re mid‑migration from a legacy CRM, extending HubSpot into Customer Success, and moving very fast. If you love shipping v1s, iterating quickly, and operating as a hands‑on technical owner, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Own HubSpot across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs — including user management, roles and permissions, SSO configuration, and overall system governance
Design, build, and iterate on automation workflows at scale to support marketing, sales, and customer success processes
Create and maintain custom objects, fields, and object relationships with strong naming conventions and a clean, scalable data model
Configure and manage integrations into and out of HubSpot across the broader RevOps tech stack — including setup, field mapping, data sync, webhook configuration, and troubleshooting (e.g. telephony and enrichment tools)
Build and optimise pipelines, record layouts, forms, required fields, and internal templates to support day‑to‑day commercial operations
Develop reports, dashboards, and views that provide pipeline visibility, performance insights, and forecasting accuracy
Maintain high standards of data quality, governance, and system hygiene across HubSpot and all connected platforms
Translate requirements from Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success into practical CRM solutions independently and at pace
Leverage AI tools (e.g. Claude) to accelerate automation builds, improve data processes, and increase overall system efficiency
Proactively identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and scale RevOps processes as Traild continues to grow
Who You Are:
You’re a hands‑on HubSpot Systems Administrator who enjoys building and operating real systems in fast‑moving environments. Clean design, scalable automation, and practical outcomes matter to you — even when requirements aren’t perfectly defined. You’re comfortable owning work end‑to‑end, moving quickly, and improving what you’ve shipped through iteration.
Proven hands‑on experience owning HubSpot in a real commercial environment, supporting Sales, Marketing, and Service use cases
A natural builder mindset: designing systems, shipping a strong v1, learning from feedback, and iterating fast rather than waiting for perfection
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and pace, turning loosely defined business problems into practical, scalable CRM solutions
Strong technical curiosity and capability, with confidence working across integrations, APIs, and webhooks to wire systems together independently
Motivated by hands‑on delivery — owning the work and outcomes rather than managing people or layers of approval
A high bar for data quality, system design, and the end‑user experience across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
Clear communicator with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, actionable solutions for non‑technical stakeholders
Experience using AI tools (such as Claude) to accelerate builds, automate workflows, or improve data processes is highly desirable
Energised by fast‑paced environments, change, and the challenge of building systems that scale as the business grows
