As Traild moves upmarket into enterprise territory, we are looking for an Enterprise Customer Onboarding Manager to join our talented and dynamic team. We are expanding into several international markets with increasingly complex, high-value enterprise engagements, and we need someone who brings genuine enterprise implementation expertise alongside a passion for helping clients succeed.
In this role, you will own end-to-end onboarding and implementation for our most strategic enterprise clients - managing complex, multi-stakeholder environments, configuring software to meet unique business requirements, and driving measurable outcomes throughout the entire implementation lifecycle.
The ideal candidate brings enterprise SaaS implementation experience, strong project management capability, and the technical aptitude to work confidently with integrations, workflows, and cross-functional product and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the onboarding and implementation of new enterprise clients from contract to go-live.
Own end-to-end project delivery across multiple concurrent implementations — including scoping, timelines, risk management, and driving outcomes.
Understand customer goals and ensure they are achieving measurable value with the product.
Confidently engage with senior stakeholders and executives across complex customer environments.
Provide user training, ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure the software is working correctly and meeting client needs.
Collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to translate client needs into technical solutions and help improve the service.
Build strong, trusted relationships with customer stakeholders — from day-to-day champions through to the C-suite.
Who You Are:
You’re an enterprise implementation professional who thrives in complex, high-stakes environments. You can navigate large organisations, align senior stakeholders, and keep multiple workstreams moving. You’re equally comfortable partnering with Engineering as you are presenting to a CFO. You’re hands-on, pragmatic, and outcome-driven—creating momentum even when the path isn’t perfectly defined.
Led enterprise SaaS implementations (\$100K+ ACV) with multiple stakeholders.
Own end-to-end implementations across multiple concurrent projects, including scoping, timelines, risk management, and delivery.
Confident engaging senior stakeholders and navigating complex customer environments.
Strong product and technical aptitude (e.g., integrations, workflows, and partnering with Product and Engineering).
Execution-focused and entrepreneurial—take initiative, create momentum, and thrive in ambiguity.
Experience with enterprise ERP or accounting systems (e.g., IFS, NetSuite, SAPB1) is advantageous.
Experience thriving in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
