We're looking for a talented, commercially-minded Procurement Manager to play a critical role in proactively optimising SaaS spend across the business.
Reporting to our Global Operations Manager, you'll join a small, capable Strategy & Operations team and operate with real autonomy across a global vendor base. This is an "always on" commercial role for someone who treats every renewal as an opportunity, not an admin task — and who's just as excited about building the systems, frameworks, and AI-powered workflows that make procurement smarter over time.

Key Responsibilities
Lead SaaS renewals and negotiations across our 100+ subscription portfolio — owning mid-tier deals ($10k - $100k) end-to-end and partnering with leadership on Tier 1 (>$100K) contracts
Plan ahead, never react — drive renewal strategy 90–180 days out and exploit vendor sales cycles (quarter-end, year-end) for maximum leverage
Build and maintain our SaaS system of record — tracking subscriptions, usage, renewal dates, and contract terms in one audit-ready source of truth
Drive cost optimisation through monthly spend reviews, rightsizing, vendor consolidation, and challenging unjustified uplifts
Run sharp procurement processes — deal sourcing, vendor comparisons, competitive bids, and clear guardrails (no auto-renewals without review)
Leverage AI and modern procurement tools (Vendr and similar) to benchmark pricing, surface leverage, and make procurement faster and smarter over time
Who you are:
You're a sharp, commercially-minded operator who genuinely enjoys the craft of negotiation. You don't wait for renewals to land on your desk — you're already three steps ahead, building leverage, benchmarking pricing, and figuring out where the next saving is hiding. You're equally comfortable in a structured procurement function or a lean scale-up where you own the whole thing. And you're excited about using AI to make procurement smarter, not just busier.
5–7 years' experience in SaaS procurement, vendor management, or strategic sourcing — with a track record of measurable cost savings
Proven negotiator across pricing, uplifts, renewal terms, and multi-year structures
Experience managing 100+ SaaS subscriptions or $1M+ in annual SaaS spend
Strong analytical mindset — you tie usage data and business value to negotiation strategy
Familiarity with contract basics (auto-renewals, DPAs, price caps, audit rights) and partnering with Security and IT on vendor risk
Comfortable working autonomously across global time zones
