The Role: Want to be a part of our exciting growth journey? Â
This is not a “manage the content calendar” role.Â
You’ll build and own Traild’s global content engine from scratch—defining how we show up in market, generate demand, educate buyers, and support revenue.Â
You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, creativity and pipeline, & human insight and AI scale.Â
You will build and lead a cutting-edge content function globally.Â
Key Responsibilities Â
Build the content engineÂ
Define and execute a content strategy that drives pipeline (including define content pillars, audience segmentation, and distribution strategies)Â
Identify high-leverage bets across SEO, AI search (AEO), social, and campaigns Â
Create a system where great ideas → scalable distribution → measurable impact Â
Create compelling contentÂ
Write and produce high-quality, high-conviction content (POVs, product narratives, customer stories, sales enablement)Â
Turn complex financial workflows into clear, compelling, differentiated stories Â
Set the quality bar for content and what “great” looks like at Traild (and create systems to enforce brand voice and editorial standards) Â
Scale with AI (without losing quality)Â
Build an AI-powered content engine where:Â Â
you create the exceptional content Â
AI scales it across channels, formats, and markets Â
Experiment aggressively with AI tools and workflows while maintaining quality and brand voiceÂ
Drive demand, pipeline and revenueÂ
Own content’s contribution to MQLs, pipeline, and deal acceleration Â
Develop campaigns that convert and support GTM efforts Â
Partner with product, sales, and customer teams to create content that wins dealsÂ
Build a challenger brandÂ
Define Traild’s voice in the market Â
Create content that stands out in a sea of generic SaaS/ERP messaging Â
Develop bold, opinionated, insight-driven narratives and campaignsÂ
Push creative boundaries Â
Scale the functionÂ
Build processes, systems, and tooling to scale output Â
Leverage freelancers, agencies, cutting edge tools and build out a teamÂ

Who You Are: Â
You are a builder — you’ve created something from scratch (content, brand, side project, business) and want to do it again at a bigger scale Â
You’re a strong writer and storyteller with high standards for qualityÂ
You’re AI-curious or AI-native — excited about using AI to scale output, but you understand that quality starts with human insight Â
You think in pipeline and impact, not just content output Â
You’re hands-on and fast — you write, ship, test, and iterate constantly Â
You’re comfortable with ambiguity and ownershipÂ
You have strong opinions, are creative, and willing to challenge conventional SaaS marketingÂ
You’re likely in a role today where you feel under-leveraged and want to step up and own something meaningful Â
Experience in SaaS / fintech is helpful, but not essential. Drive, curiosity, and ownership matter more.Â
Strong collaborator with an attitude embracing growth, hands-on execution, adaptability, and the scale-up spirit. Â
