The Role 

We are looking for a talented, passionate, and motivated Senior Product Designer to join our Tel Aviv team. This is a high-impact, autonomous design role spanning multiple engineering squads where you will own the end-to-end design process and play a critical role in shaping the next generation of Traild's product. 

You'll work closely with Traild's design team in Australia to ensure global design consistency and business alignment, while embedding deeply with product and engineering teams across all Tel Aviv-based squads. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives independently, moves fast, and cares deeply about the customer. 

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a product designer, a proven track record in B2B SaaS products, and ideally, experience designing for financial services — someone who understands the language, the customers, and the market. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Own the end-to-end design process across all engineering teams in Tel Aviv 

• Develop a deep understanding of the Accounts Payable and Payments domain — using frameworks such as JTBD to uncover customer problems and opportunities. 

• Design end-to-end experiences with the ability to zoom into the detail one moment and step back to consider the overall proposition the next. 

• Work closely with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into elegant, practical, and customer-focused solutions. 

• Collaborate regularly with Traild's Australia-based design team to ensure design consistency, shared standards, and strong business alignment across regions. 

• Contribute to and evolve the shared Traild design system, reducing time to market and creating consistency across products. 

• Conduct and synthesise user research to surface insights that inform design direction. 

• Champion the voice of the customer within your product squads, advocating for intuitive, high-quality experiences. 

• Work independently and proactively — driving design initiatives without requiring heavy management oversight. 

Who You Are 

Required 

• 5+ years of experience as a UX/Product Designer at a B2B SaaS company.  

• Proven ability to work independently — managing design end-to-end without heavy oversight in a fast-paced environment. 

• Strong SaaS product experience — designing complex, data-heavy interfaces such as dashboards, workflows, and data tables. 

• Cross-functional collaboration experience — embedded in engineering squads, not just handing off specs. 

• Proficiency in Figma including prototyping and design systems work. 

• Tech Savvy – experienced and excited about using AI design tools to boost creativity and productivity 

• Experience building or contributing to a design system at scale. 

• Strong product acumen and first-principles thinking — with a track record of delivering measurable impact. 

• Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating asynchronously with a global team (APAC experience a plus). 

• Scale-up spirit: growth mindset, hands-on execution, and adaptability. 

Nice to Have 

• Financial services / fintech experience — ideally you understand the language, customers, and dynamics of finance or AP products. 

• Experience designing AI-powered product features (intelligent agents, real-time risk surfaces, automation workflows).
