About the Role:

We are seeking a mid-level SDE-2 (Mobile Developer) to own and ship high-quality, scalable mobile applications using Flutter. In this role, you will work closely with Product and Design, take full ownership of features, and help craft delightful user experiences in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment.

What we are looking for in our SDE 2:

• Drive feature development on mobile applications from ideation to production

• Build and maintain high-quality Flutter codebases with attention to performance and usability

• Contribute to improving developer experience, tooling, and engineering processes

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to deliver intuitive user experiences

• Establish and follow best practices for mobile UI, architecture, testing, and performance

• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions

• Debug production issues and continuously improve app stability and reliability

What we expect from you: 

• 3–5 years of experience in mobile app development

• Strong experience with any mobile platform: Flutter, React Native, Android (Kotlin / Java), iOS (Swift / Objective-C)

• Willingness and ability to learn and work extensively with Flutter

• Experience with profiling and debugging mobile applications

• Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles

• Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming

• Familiarity with state management, navigation, and app lifecycle concepts

• Have worked in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments

Good to Have:

• Hands-on experience shipping apps to Play Store / App Store

• Knowledge of Flutter state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.)

• Experience with CI/CD for mobile apps

• Familiarity with offline storage, performance optimization, and app analytics

• Exposure to clean architecture or modular app design
