The Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Administrative Services to join our growing global team in Bangalore. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing our global corporate services and travel programs, building and managing a seamless operational infrastructure to support our rapidly growing company. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our global footprint is managed efficiently and securely, approaching every challenge with the thoroughness our clients and team members deserve.
What You'll Be Doing
Global Facilities Management: Manage company-owned and co-working office spaces across key locations including New York, London, Singapore, Pune, Chennai, and Bangalore. This includes everything from vendor selection and agreement negotiation to performance management, billing, and automation.
Global Travel Management: Lead our global corporate travel program. This involves assessing travel portals, managing vendor performance, handling budgets and reporting, and building strong partnerships with airlines, hotels, and service apartments.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team, including members located outside of India, to ensure operational excellence.
Vendor and Stakeholder Engagement: Build a robust network of global vendors and partners (e.g., medical services, visa partners, transport providers). You will also engage with senior global stakeholders, including those in the US and EMEA, and liaise with local authorities like the police, customs, and immigration.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure our global operations comply with local statutes on safety, health, and the environment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing emergency protocols, facilities audits, and policies related to the safety of our employees.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is not only skilled but also deeply aligned with our core values. The ideal candidate will have:
About 15 years of relevant experience in an IT/ITES company.
Extensive experience managing global corporate services, including office management, travel, and vendor relationships.
Proven experience managing teams outside of India and engaging with global stakeholders.
A strong understanding and network of vendors in corporate travel and services.
Familiarity with self-serve portals like Amadeus, TravelPort, and Sabre.
Awareness of global statutes and best practices for corporate safety and compliance.
A commitment to open and transparent communication that fosters trust within a global team.
A thorough, detail-oriented approach to your work, ensuring quality and accuracy in everything you do.
A proactive, "get it done" attitude, taking ownership of your work and its outcomes.
The ability to "work in our customers' shoes" and provide an exceptional, reliable experience.
Good to have: Experience or understanding of global visas and immigration matters (EMEA, LATAM, APAC, and NAMER).
