About Job

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for driving new business growth and revenue expansion across the United States. As a key member of our sales team, you will utilize your excellent communication and negotiation skills to identify, engage, and convert potential leads into valuable clients for Multiplier.

This role requires a strong understanding of our product offerings and the ability to effectively communicate our value proposition to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Skills & Qualification

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a business development or similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong focus on lead generation and conversion

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Strong understanding of the EMEA market landscape and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities

  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional European languages (e.g. Spanish, French, German) an asset

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform sales strategies

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new business leads through research, cold outreach, and networking, with a focus on EMEA-based companies

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to convert leads into paying clients, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling existing products

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for expansion and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to develop and execute sales strategies

  • Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and demos to effectively communicate the value proposition of Multiplier's products

  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to increase conversion rates and revenue growth

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, adapting sales strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities

  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets, with a focus on lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth
