Role

We are a fast-growing global EOR platform operating across multiple countries and currencies. We are looking for a high-ownership Accountant to support financial reporting, multi-entity consolidation, and MIS in a dynamic, evolving environment.

This role requires strong accounting fundamentals, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to bring structure to fast-moving operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on consolidation experience and strong working knowledge of NetSuite.

Key Responsibilities

Monthly Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare monthly management reports including consolidated P&L, Balance Sheet, and cash flow

  • Deliver structured variance analysis (budget vs actuals, country-wise and product-wise performance)

  • Support preparation of investor and leadership reporting packs

  • Track key business metrics relevant to EOR operations (headcount, payroll cost, FX impact, margins)

 Multi-Entity Consolidation

  • Assist in consolidation of multiple subsidiaries across geographies

  • Support FX revaluation and FCTR impact analysis

  • Coordinate with local accounting teams for reporting alignment

Schedule Preparation & Controls

  • Prepare and maintain detailed balance sheet schedules

  • Support statutory audit and investor due diligence requirements

  • Strengthen financial controls in a scaling environment

NetSuite & Process Optimization

  • Work extensively on NetSuite for reporting and consolidation

  • Generate saved searches and structured reports

  • Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual intervention

  • Support system-driven consolidation and reporting improvements

Required Qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant

  • 3–5 years of experience in accounting, reporting, or consolidation

  • Strong understanding of financial statements and consolidation principles

  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite (preferred)

  • Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, structured analysis)

  • Experience handling multi-currency environments

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

What We Are Looking For

  • High ownership mindset — ability to independently drive reporting cycles

  • Structured thinker who can bring clarity to complexity

  • Strong analytical capability to interpret numbers, not just prepare them

  • Comfortable working in a fast-evolving environment

  • Ability to collaborate across geographies
