This role owns and optimizes all vendor relationships directly impacting global mobility and immigration service delivery. You will ensure that vendor partnerships are performance-driven, compliant, and scalable — supporting Multiplier’s strategic mobility expansion across markets.
You will act as the bridge between the Mobility team, the Vendor Management (EOR) team, and external partners, ensuring alignment, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
Serve as the primary liaison for all mobility and immigration vendors globally.
Manage the full vendor lifecycle: selection, onboarding, contracting, performance management, and renewal.
Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBRs/QBRs) to assess KPIs, SLAs, and satisfaction metrics.
Develop and maintain vendor scorecards covering delivery quality, responsiveness, compliance, and cost effectiveness.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with partner leadership teams to ensure proactive problem-solving.
Lead country-by-country vendor reviews to identify gaps, redundancies, or opportunities for consolidation or upgrades.
Benchmark performance and cost across vendors to drive better commercial and operational decisions.
Evaluate service failures/escalations and initiate improvement or disengagement plans as needed.
Partner with Mobility Strategy & Operations to design scalable vendor models for high-volume or high-risk countries.
Identify new immigration or mobility partners in emerging or underserved markets.
Conduct due diligence, KYC, and compliance checks for all potential vendors.
Collaborate with Legal to review MSAs, NDAs, and SOWs, ensuring alignment with company standards and local laws.
Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding, including operational readiness and tool training.
Partner with the EOR Vendor team to clarify mobility vs. payroll/vendor scope during onboarding.
Define clear ownership boundaries:
Mobility Vendor Relations Manager: immigration, visas/work permits, relocation, destination services.
EOR Vendor Management: payroll, benefits, HR systems, contract infrastructure.
Ensure integrated service delivery for vendors supporting both payroll and immigration.
Participate in joint reviews for hybrid vendors.
Work with Mobility Strategy & Ops to identify markets suitable for future entity setup.
Partner with Finance and Legal on budgets, renewals, and compliance.
Provide quarterly vendor performance insights and optimization recommendations to senior leadership.
Align vendor processes with internal teams including HR, Product, and Implementation.
Flag high-demand markets lacking strong immigration partners and propose scalable solutions.
Support leadership with go/no-go assessments for new entity setups.
Ensure operational readiness in newly established entities, with all required vendor partnerships in place.
Vendor SLA compliance rate: > 95%
Reduction in vendor-related escalations and turnaround times
Improved cost efficiency across the vendor network
Successful onboarding of new partners in underserved markets
Positive partner and stakeholder satisfaction (CSAT ≥ 4)
Documented quarterly performance and optimization reports
7–10 years of experience in global mobility, immigration, or vendor management.
Proven experience managing vendor portfolios across multiple countries.
Strong understanding of EOR, mobility, and immigration frameworks.
Skilled in vendor negotiation, contract review, and stakeholder management.
An analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate vendor performance and produce actionable insights.
Relationship-oriented, organized, and proactive in driving continuous improvement.
