As a Benefits Specialist/Sr Specialist at Multiplier, you will play a crucial role in designing and executing the company's global benefits plan while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience in a high-growth global startup, with strong communication and confident leadership skills.

  • MBA from a Tier 2 college.

  • Excellent analytical skills and communication skilss

  • Ability to work cross-functionally

  • Experience in pricing, procurement, or partnerships within the benefits/insurance domain.

  • Strong negotiation skills to lead procurement discussions and enhance coverage, lower costs, and improve terms.

  • Knowledge of global employee benefits markets, pricing models, and procurement processes.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to handle escalations

  • Experience in benefits administration, including Carta administration and reporting.

  • Ability to oversee vendor reconciliation and payments of insurance invoices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR audit and work with Auditors and provide data inputs

  • Work with cross functional stakeholders to complete audits in time

  • Manage benefits partnerships with insurers, TPAs, and wellness providers

  • Lead procurement discussions to enhance coverage, lower costs, and improve terms.

  • Continuously analyze global benefits market trends and competitor offerings to provide intelligence for Insurance & benefits renewal

  • Onboarding Employees on the benefits portal

  • Lead the administration of ESOPs, including Carta administration and reporting.

  • Oversee renewal management, ensuring smooth client transitions and favorable outcomes.

  • Handle escalations on Insurance and benfits

  • Support renewal negotiations and cost improvement initiatives with insurers and partners.
