What will I be doing?

  • Bring order to chaos by acting as the central coordinator for the master website backlog. You will orchestrate competing priorities across Brand, Growth, Product, and Engineering, transforming a complex web of requests into a prioritised, coherent roadmap.

  • Act as the Product Manager for the Website by defining user stories and ensuring every page launch connects to a cohesive customer journey, rather than just shipping isolated tickets.

  • Orchestrate high-stakes Tier-1 launches like rebrands and global expansions, serving as the single point of truth for copy, design, code status, and analytics tracking to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Champion the user experience as the voice of the end-user, using data and UX principles to advocate for cleaner, higher-converting paths when stakeholders request clutter.

  • Drive cross-functional alignment by facilitating trade-off conversations between Brand and Performance teams to find technical compromises that satisfy both high-fidelity needs and page load speeds.

  • Manage the content-to-code lifecycle by overseeing the migration to our new Headless CMS and working with engineers to define content models that allow internal editors to build complex pages independently.

  • Establish and own the operational rhythm for design and development reviews. You have the autonomy to define the process that ensures stakeholders see work-in-progress early, preventing "Big Bang" surprises at the end of sprints.

What do I need?

  • 7+ years of experience in Digital Product Management or Web Production, specifically for high-growth B2B SaaS companies where you ran a .com site as a product rather than a project.

  • Deep customer empathy allowing you to map a buyer's journey to a digital information architecture and spot where users will get confused on a sitemap.

  • Technical fluency in modern web development concepts like Components, Headless CMS, CI/CD, and React to explain technical constraints and schema migrations to marketers.

  • Diplomatic authority to manage up and across, giving you the confidence to say no when requests threaten site stability and the skill to offer better alternatives.

  • Data-driven mindset to prioritise backlogs based on performance data from tools like GA4 or Pendo rather than just shipping pages blindly.

  • Experience with headless architectures and the operational shifts required to move from monolithic CMS platforms like WordPress to modern composable stacks like Sanity or Contentful.

  • Familiarity with Marketing Automation and CDP tools like Segment is a major plus point. You have experience in stacks that enable hyper-personalisation and deep customer understanding.
