We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Mobility Specialist to manage end-to-end mobility and immigration operations for employees hired through Employer of Record (EOR) providers, with a strong preference for experience using Multiplier products. The role will be responsible for coordinating international hiring, immigration compliance, onboarding, vendor management, and stakeholder communication while ensuring a seamless employee experience across multiple countries.
The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of global immigration processes, work authorization requirements, cross-functional collaboration, and mobility program management.
Key Responsibilities
Global Mobility Operations
Manage end-to-end global mobility cases across multiple countries.
Coordinate employee onboarding through EOR providers, primarily Multiplier.
Ensure timely execution of mobility timelines, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Track mobility cases from initiation through completion.
Immigration Management
Coordinate work permits, employment visas, business visas, residence permits, renewals, and cancellations.
Liaise with immigration partners and legal vendors.
Maintain accurate immigration documentation and compliance records.
Monitor visa expiry dates and renewal timelines.
Employer of Record (EOR)
Manage onboarding through Multiplier and other EOR platforms.
Coordinate employment agreements and country-specific onboarding documentation.
Partner with HR, Payroll, Legal, Finance, and external vendors.
Support country expansion and feasibility assessments.
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for employees, HRBPs, recruiters, hiring managers, and external vendors.
Provide regular case updates and proactive communication.
Manage escalations professionally and within SLA.
Compliance
Ensure adherence to country-specific labor laws and immigration regulations.
Maintain audit-ready documentation.
Support internal compliance reviews and reporting.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of global immigration processes
Experience with Employer of Record (EOR) operations
Hands-on experience with EOR Immigration Setup(preferred)
Knowledge of work permits and visa processes across multiple countries
Stakeholder management
