About us

The global hiring revolution is shaping a future where talent can thrive everywhere, driving innovation and progress at scale. Multiplier is at the forefront of this change.

We're building a world without limits, where ambitious businesses of any size can look beyond borders to build their global dream teams.

We empower companies with the tools and support to hire, onboard, manage, and pay talent in 150+ countries, quickly and compliantly – no legal entities required.

By simplifying global hiring, we're creating a level playing field where businesses and individuals – (like you) – can compete, grow, and succeed, regardless of your geography.

We believe talent knows no borders, and we've built the platform that proves it. Our world-class EOR, COR and Global Payroll products are helping businesses around the world seize the global hiring opportunity – from sales to fintech, small size to enterprise.

We're backed by renowned investors (Sequoia, DST, and Tiger Global), are led by industry-leading experts, scaling fast, and seeking brilliant like-minded enthusiasts to join our global team.

The future is borderless. Let's build it together.

What you will be doing

Your mission will be to make AI a foundational capability of the Multiplier platform – leading how AI evolves from a limited support chatbot into an operator of the platform, one that customers can simply tell what they need. As our founding AI Product Manager, you'll define and own AI strategy across all of Multiplier, spanning both the shared AI platform that every domain team builds on and the customer-facing AI experiences that run on it. This is a rare 0-to-1 mandate with the backing of a staffed team and executive sponsorship.

You will:

  • Own AI strategy and vision across Multiplier – platform and customer-facing – and translate it into a roadmap the whole company can rally behind.

  • Stand up the shared AI platform – agent runtime, tool and data access (including MCP), retrieval, evaluation, and guardrails – so every domain team can ship AI capabilities without building bespoke infrastructure.

  • Ship the flagship customer-facing capability: an in-product AI agent that answers customers' how-to and data questions from their own data in seconds, lifting AI resolution and shifting support away from tickets.

  • Sequence AI from answering to acting – move from resolving questions to executing tasks on the customer's behalf, safely and reliably (“you tell it what you need, it takes care of the rest”).

  • Make accuracy, trust, and safety non-negotiable – grounding, permissioning, human-in-the-loop, and rigorous evaluation, so an AI that touches payroll and employment data earns customer trust.

  • Extend Multiplier's reach by exposing its capabilities as tools to external assistants, so customers can act on their data wherever they already work.

  • Lead a staffed, cross-functional team (engineering, data, design, PMM) and partner deeply across Support, Operations, and domain product teams to embed AI everywhere it creates value.

  • Set the operating model for how Multiplier builds AI – the standards, evaluation practices, and reusable patterns other product teams adopt.

What are we looking for

  • A builder at the core. You find clarity through action and care deeply about creating exceptional AI product experiences that scale.

  • A product leader with 8+ years of experience delivering complex, high-impact products – with genuine depth shipping AI/ML or LLM-powered products at scale.

  • Hands-on fluency with modern AI – LLMs, agents, retrieval/RAG, tool-use, evaluation – and clear judgment about its practical limits (hallucination, latency, cost, and safety).

  • Proven 0-to-1 ability. You've turned ambiguous, greenfield mandates into shipped, adopted products – not just strategy decks.

  • Strong technical fluency and the ability to partner deeply with engineering to design scalable, resilient, and safe AI systems.

  • Sound judgment on AI risk – accuracy, privacy, and permissioning – especially when working with sensitive customer data.

  • Platform thinking. You build reusable systems others build on, balancing a shared platform against customer-facing delivery.

  • A clear communicator who drives alignment, resolves ambiguity, and builds confidence across teams and with executives.

  • Relentless ambition and focus on measurable impact, with a drive to elevate both the product experience and the business.
