As an HR Experience Specialist, you will own key moments across the employee lifecycle — from pre-onboarding and new hire integration to engagement, communication, and exit management.
You will play a critical role in ensuring employees feel welcomed, connected, informed, and engaged throughout their journey at Multiplier. This role requires someone who is a strong communicator, highly organised, confident in working with senior stakeholders, and thrives in a high-growth global startup environment.
Own the end-to-end onboarding experience, from pre-onboarding connect through the employee’s first 90 days.
Lead New Hire Orientation and ensure new employees have a smooth transition into the organisation.
Drive Week 1 integration, including manager connects, goal setting, BambooHR tasks, IT setup, and other onboarding requirements.
Manage 30/60/90-day feedback processes and identify opportunities to improve the new hire experience.
Own and continuously improve the probation policy and process.
Plan, coordinate, and host company-wide Town Halls and other employee forums.
Coordinate Founder connects and cross-functional engagement initiatives.
Drive clear, timely, and engaging company-wide communication.
Plan and execute virtual employee engagement activities across teams and geographies.
Own and drive Rewards & Recognition initiatives.
Maintain the HR policy repository and drive regular policy refreshers and communication.
Ensure employees have easy access to relevant policies and understand key updates.
Partner with relevant stakeholders to deliver a smooth and thoughtful exit experience.
Design and execute employee engagement initiatives, including team events and activities.
Manage external vendors and partners for employee events and experiences.
Own employee gifting initiatives across key milestones and occasions.
5–8 years of experience in HR, Employee Experience, People Operations, or a similar role, preferably within a high-growth global startup.
MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to engage with employees and senior stakeholders.
Strong ownership and execution skills with excellent attention to detail.
A people-first mindset with a genuine passion for creating exceptional employee experiences.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience managing employee engagement initiatives, events, and cross-functional programs.
Comfortable working with HR systems and technology platforms.
