Executive Assistant to the CEO

Total Compensation: $120k - $160k / year

Skills & Qualification

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar admin role (tech/B2B SaaS preferred).

  • Elite organizational and time-management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal ability; comfortable working with executives.

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace/Microsoft Office and ability to learn new tools fast.

  • Exceptional writing/editing skills.

  • High trust, discretion, and professionalism.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment; willing to grind.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own the CEO’s scheduling, calendar, travel, and daily priorities.

  • Maintain organized, accurate records and handle sensitive information.

  • Draft, edit, and prepare documents, presentations, memos, and meeting notes.

  • Coordinate events, meetings, logistics, and internal projects.

  • Build and optimize systems to streamline operations and improve productivity.

  • Communicate with executives, partners, and internal teams on behalf of the CEO.

  • Provide high-quality support across the organization and resolve issues quickly.

  • Take ownership of projects and help drive initiatives forward.

  • Stay current on best practices to continuously improve the function.
