We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure TPM to lead complex, cross functional programs that span compute, network, storage, observability, and datacenter operations. You will drive end to end delivery of high impact initiatives, define clear milestones and dependencies, and partner closely with engineering, operations, and leadership to ensure predictable execution in a fast moving technical environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of infrastructure programs across compute, network, storage, observability, and platform engineering

  • Own complex cross-functional initiatives, ensuring clear scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies

  • Partner closely with Infra Engineering, Network Operations, DC Operations, Security, CX, and Hardware teams to align deliverables and resource needs

  • Develop program plans, technical requirements, and milestone structures for infrastructure programs

  • Track execution and provide consistent, concise updates to leadership and stakeholders

  • Identify, manage, and escalate risks across engineering and operations teams

  • Maintain documentation, RAG status, and program dashboards for visibility

  • Improve processes, templates, and execution patterns that increase predictability across infra workstreams

  • Contribute to scaling the PMO by refining intake workflows, delivery frameworks, and tooling

Who You Are

  • 8+ years experience as a technical program manager with deep familiarity in infrastructure or distributed systems

  • Strong at breaking down complex technical work into clear milestones, dependencies, and deliverables

  • Effective communicator who can align engineering, operations, and leadership

  • Skilled in managing multi workstream programs and balancing competing priorities

  • Highly organized with strong risk management and critical path analysis skills

  • Comfortable working in fast paced environments with shifting demands

  • Proficient with program tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence

Ideal Experiences

  • Experience with GPU, CPU, storage, network, or data center technologies

  • Background coordinating cross functional engineering and DC operations

  • Previous work supporting cloud infra scale out, hardware deployment, or capacity expansion programs

  • Familiarity with observability, reliability, or infra automation systems

  • Experience partnering with hardware, platform, or capacity planning teams
