Skills & Qualification

• Design skills, specifically proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc., to create user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

• Proven experience in software development and product management, with a strong understanding of technical systems and workflows.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze business needs and develop effective solutions.

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform product decisions.

• Experience with product development tools, such as JIRA and Asana.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and Development: Lead the development and launch of key products and features, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product releases.

• Product Strategy and Planning: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends, inform product strategies and priorities, and work with the product team to ensure alignment with company goals.

• Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest technical trends and advancements in software development, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our products.

• Communication and Collaboration: Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Collect and analyze data to inform product decisions, and apply data-driven insights to drive product innovation and improvement.

• Agile Methodologies: Work with the product team to ensure effective implementation of Agile development methodologies, and prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering, design, and marketing teams, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product development.

• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve product development processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

• Design and Development: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our products.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet the needs of our customers.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product teams, to ensure successful product launches.

• Continuously evaluate and improve design processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
