From kickoff to delivery, you’ll oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timelines, budgets, and

You’ll inspire and guide your team, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment. Whether

You bridge the gap between clients and teams
Collaborating closely with clients, Business Analysts, Developers, and other stakeholders, you’ll ensure
everyone is aligned and working toward common goals. Your clear communication will be key to
delivering seamless solutions.
You drive Salesforce adoption
You’ll simplify complex Salesforce solutions, making them intuitive and valuable for clients. By facilitating
discussions and user training sessions, you’ll help clients maximize the value of their Salesforce
investments.
You cultivate future opportunities
With a keen eye for growth, you’ll identify opportunities to expand client engagements and develop
strategies to enhance long-term partnerships. Your strategic mindset will be crucial in driving continued
success.
You lead with empathy and impact
You’ll foster strong, lasting relationships both within your team and with clients, demonstrating empathy

It’ll be awesome if you...
● Have 10+ years of experience in managing IT projects, with a strong focus on client engagement
● Have 2+ years of Salesforce experience with hands-on involvement in implementations
● Are skilled in Project Management and People Management
● Have a proven track record in managing diverse client portfolios and leading high-performing
teams
● Excel at facilitating discussions, resolving conflicts, and presenting solutions clearly and
persuasively
