Job Description:

Role:  You will demonstrate a high degree of ownership to solve complex problems and collaborate with stakeholders to roll out solutions to those. Your ability to think big while focusing on constant execution will be admired and rewarded at WizCommerce. 

Responsibilities:

• Define roadmap across the WizCommerce product suite.

• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI Flows , Lang Chain , LLM Models.

• Collaborate with AI, engineering, and design teams to conceptualize and launch data-driven, ML-backed product capabilities that enhance user experience and decision-making.

• Conduct deep product and user research to identify opportunities where AI can create tangible customer and business impact.

• Translate complex business problems into clear product requirements, ensuring technical feasibility and scalability.

• Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives, manage dependencies, and deliver measurable outcomes on time.

• Drive experimentation, A/B testing, and analytics to validate hypotheses and optimize product performance.

• Define and track success metrics (e.g., engagement, retention, automation ROI) to measure impact and continuously improve outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 2-6 years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.

• Proven track record of building and scaling products with AI/ML-based capabilities (automation, personalization, or predictive intelligence).

• Strong understanding of AI concepts, data pipelines, and analytics frameworks- ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.

• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership experience, working with engineering, design, and business teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with experience using data to drive decisions.

• Familiarity with modern product and design tools (Figma, Miro, JIRA, etc.).

• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Management, or Business; MBA preferred.
