Job Description:
We’re looking for a Growth Marketer- Content who is a true content maverick.
Someone with great taste, a journalist’s approach to research, and the ability to turn insights into content that resonates with senior buyers and operators.
This is not a volume-driven content role.
You’ll think in systems and playbooks, build a strong point of view, and run content-led growth motions end to end — from research and narrative creation to execution and distribution.
Role & Responsibilities:
Founder brand & LinkedIn presence (top priority)
Own the Founder’s LinkedIn content strategy
Research industry trends, operator pain points, and contrarian insights
Translate raw thinking, conversations, and market signals into sharp posts
Build a consistent voice, narrative, and cadence — not one-off posts
Turn long-form ideas into threads, short posts, and commentary
Track what resonates and refine the playbook over time
Research → insights → narratives
Deep research across:
Customers and prospects
Industry shifts and operator behaviour
Sales conversations, webinars, and market events
Identify high-signal insights and translate them into compelling narratives
Maintain a running “insights backlog” to fuel all content streams
Ensure content feels opinionated, specific, and credible — not generic
Webinars as a content & demand engine
Own webinars end-to-end:
Topic selection and narrative framing
Speaker prep and coordination
Registration page copy and email communication
Post-webinar follow-ups and content repurposing
Build a repeatable webinar playbook that compounds over time
Gated content campaigns (end-to-end)
Own ebooks, whitepapers, and reports from idea to execution:
Topic selection based on ICP pain and buying stage
Research-driven writing with strong editorial quality
Landing page content and email sequences
Distribution via email, LinkedIn, and partnerships
Review performance and continuously improve future campaigns
Content systems & playbooks
Build scalable content systems:
Editorial standards and quality bar
Campaign templates and timelines
Repurposing workflows (webinar → gated asset → posts → emails)
Ensure consistency of narrative across all touchpoints
Reduce randomness and increase repeatability
Qualifications and Skills:
4–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS content or growth marketing
Strong writer with a journalist’s mindset — research, synthesis, clarity
Excellent editorial judgment and content taste
Experience owning content campaigns end-to-end
Comfortable thinking in systems and playbooks
Strong understanding of LinkedIn content dynamics
Bonus: experience with webinars, long-form writing, and founder-led content
Compensation: Best in the industry
