Role: We are looking for a Customer Success Executive who will be responsible for managing customer relationships across the US market and driving renewals, expansions, and opportunity creation within existing accounts.
This role requires someone who can build strong relationships with customers, understand their business needs, and identify growth opportunities while ensuring customers derive maximum value from WizCommerce solutions.
Responsibilities:
Own and manage customer relationships post-implementation for assigned accounts in the US market
Drive renewals and expansion revenue by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Proactively create new opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with the sales team to convert them
Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and product adoption discussions with customers
Ensure customers are realizing the full value of the platform, leading to higher retention and satisfaction
Monitor product usage and customer health metrics to identify risks and opportunities
Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, feedback, and escalations
Work closely with product, support, and sales teams to improve the overall customer experience
Maintain accurate account updates and opportunity tracking in CRM
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Success roles
Experience working with international/US customers is preferred
Strong experience driving renewals, expansions, or revenue from existing accounts
Excellent relationship management and communication skills
Ability to identify growth opportunities within accounts
Strong problem solving and customer centric mindset
Comfortable working in US shift (5 PM - 2 AM IST)
