Job Description:

Role & Responsibilities:

• Drive high-quality, human-centered design solutions for mobile and web applications, ensuring seamless usability and aesthetic excellence.

• Partner closely with product managers, developers, and leadership to shape the product vision, translating business goals and complex requirements into intuitive user experiences.

• Lead end-to-end design processes- from discovery and ideation to prototyping, user testing, and final handoff.

• Apply strategic and analytical thinking to design systems and flows that support scalability and evolving product needs.

• Mentor and guide junior designers by providing structured feedback, sharing best practices, and ensuring design consistency across platforms.

• Deeply understand the user persona and journey to craft thoughtful and impactful product experiences.

• Advocate for user-centric design decisions backed by data, research insights, and usability testing.

• Present and articulate design concepts, rationale, and trade-offs confidently to stakeholders, including founders and cross-functional teams.

• Research and experiment with innovative design trends, technologies, and UX methodologies relevant to B2B SaaS environments.

• Maintain and evolve design systems, components, and style guides for efficient collaboration and consistency across teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 4+ years of professional experience in product design (UX/UI) with a proven track record of delivering impactful designs for web and mobile applications.

• Strong portfolio showcasing complex product workflows, preferably in B2B SaaS or data-heavy tools.

• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and collaboration tools like FigJam, Miro, etc.

• Ability to create and maintain wireframes, user flows, journey maps, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

• Experience leading user research, usability testing, and incorporating insights into design iterations.

• Strong grasp of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to balance user needs and business objectives.

• Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality outcomes under deadlines.

• Prior experience mentoring or leading other designers is a plus.
