About the role:

We are seeking an ambitious and versatile professional to join our team as a key member of the Founder's Office. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Founder, gaining a front-row seat to the entire business and contributing to various initiatives and projects across different departments, including strategy, partnerships, operations, finance, analytics, and more.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in shaping the company's trajectory and driving strategic initiatives that contribute to the company's growth and success. You’ll solve a variety of problems and move the needle, helping Roma move forward! 

What you'll do:

• Build core functions across Customer Success, Business Operations, GTM, Sales, and Licensing

• Problem-solve unique and parallel challenges that arise while running business operations, and drive solutions to closure

• Build market intelligence on emerging trends, potential product areas, and competition to iterate on business strategy and positioning

• Keep a pulse on Roma’s growth and areas of improvement, and plan and execute projects to transition legacy systems to more efficient ones

• Build 2–3 digital employees that operate across research, compliance, and project management to improve visibility and productivity

• Support and build business operations across market expansions, new product launches, and testing new hypotheses

• Help conduct interviews, provide detailed feedback, and contribute meaningfully to Roma’s team building

Qualifications Required :

• Deep interest and a strong thesis in the Fintech, Payments, or Blockchain space — genuinely excited about Roma’s mission to modernize financial infrastructure.

• 4+ years of experience in high-growth environments such as fintechs, payment companies, consulting, or fast-paced startups.

• Proven experience in business growth, go-to-market (GTM), or partnerships, ideally with B2B clients or financial institutions.

• Prior exposure to Fintech / Payments / Crypto / B2B SaaS industries is highly preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges and drive actionable insights.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or Economics; an MBA is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

• Proactive, ownership-driven, and adaptable — thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and takes initiative to deliver results.

• You are an entrepreneur at heart, i.e you are not only excited about startups but also really understand what it is like to work in one

• You are excited to learn new things and do not shy away from going above and beyond the traditional growth paths. You have strong communication skills.

• You can quickly adapt to the changing environment and are quick to pick up new skills if required to get the job done.

• You have the ability to break down a problem into smaller chunks and the ability to balance between the big picture and tactical activities.
