What We Do :

Roma provides three core infrastructure products:

  • Stablecoin Orchestration: A single API to send, receive, convert, and store stablecoins across multiple blockchains and protocols

  • Enterprise-Grade Payments: Unified global payouts API with 100+ bank and payment service provider integrations supporting both fiat and stablecoin rails

  • Treasury Management: Consolidated visibility and control across all bank accounts, PSPs, stablecoin wallets, and tokenized investment accounts

We're at an inflection point in financial infrastructure. Stablecoins and tokenized assets are transitioning from emerging technology to essential components of the global financial system. About The Role :

At Roma, you will own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy, focusing on building strategic partnerships, identifying new revenue opportunities, and positioning Roma as a leading player in the global financial ecosystem.

What you’ll do : 

Strategy & Partnerships

- Identify and engage strategic partners across fintech, system aggregators, and technology alliances

- Conduct market research to identify target segments, customer needs, and competitive insights

- Own GTM strategy development and work with product and marketing teams for delivering on the narrative

Brand & Sales Enablement

- Work with marketing to craft Roma's positioning, messaging, and thought leadership narrative

- Create sales enablement materials including pitch decks, training resources, and competitive intelligence

- Develop multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness, generate qualified leads, and support customer acquisition

- Build Roma's participations at relevant industry events and leadership forums

Performance & Optimization

- Define KPIs and track performance of partnerships, campaigns, and GTM initiatives

- Gather customer and stakeholder feedback to continuously refine strategies and improve product-market fit

Qualification and Skill Set Required :

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.

- 3+ years of proven experience in GTM strategy, Product Marketing, or Sales within the Crypto and B2B fintech industry.

- Enthusiastic about the Crypto, Blockchain, and Digital Asset ecosystems, with a strong conviction in their ability to transform the worldwide financial framework.

- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and positioning.

- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, marketing automation software, and analytics tools.

- Data-driven mindset with cross-functional collaboration skills

- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
