About The Role :

We are seeking a high-agency operator who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments to join Roma as Founder’s Office -Trade Operations. You'll be in the trenches running live trading operations, monitoring real-time fund flows across exchanges and wallets, managing liquidity, and making critical operational decisions that directly impact the stability and performance of our services. If you're looking to break into crypto, stablecoins, or cross-border fintech, this is a rare opportunity to build deep operational experience from day one working with live trading infrastructure, digital asset liquidity management, and global settlement systems. What you’ll do : 

- Real-Time Trade Monitoring: Monitor live trades, market activity, client balances, and fund flows across multiple exchanges and wallets. Stay vigilant on platform performance and transaction execution.

- Daily Reconciliations: Perform end-of-day reconciliations across exchanges, wallets, banking accounts, and internal ledgers. Identify and resolve discrepancies in balances, ensuring accurate position tracking and full auditability of all fund movements.

- Live Decision-Making: Make real-time operational decisions to manage risks, address liquidity imbalances, and resolve operational issues as they arise in live environments.

Liquidity and Fund Flow Optimization: Spot inefficiencies in platform liquidity across exchanges, wallets, and banking rails. Identify opportunities to optimize fund positioning and reduce operational friction.

- Operational Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve transaction anomalies, failed settlements, and operational blockers. Ensure seamless coordination with global banking and crypto exchange partners.

- Funds Movement: Execute and track fund transfers between exchanges, wallets, banking partners, and client accounts. Ensure timely settlement, proper authorization workflows, and accurate documentation of all inflows and outflows.

- Process Automation: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to automate manual workflows, build internal operational dashboards, etc.

- Product and Feature Development: Identify gaps in internal tools and customer-facing features. Flag operational pain points and push for new features that improve efficiency and user experience.

Qualification and Skill Set Required :

- MBA from a Tier 1 institution OR Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Finance with at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience.

- 1-4 years of hands-on experience in trading, fintech operations, money management, or financial services,ideally with exposure to live trading environments, digital payments, or cross-border money movement.

- Extremely good with numbers—you have a strong quantitative aptitude with the ability to quickly analyze financial data, spot discrepancies, perform complex reconciliations, and maintain precision in high-volume transactions. 

- Strong bias toward action and getting things done. You thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments where priorities shift quickly and real-time decision-making matters.

- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel for data analysis. Basic SQL knowledge is a significant plus for querying transaction databases.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly coordinate across teams, and external partners .

- Solid understanding of fintech business models, digital payments, trading operations, or financial market infrastructure.

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain operational quality.

Good to Have:

- Prior experience or strong interest in cryptocurrency, stablecoins, or blockchain-based payment systems.

- Experience working with exchanges, trading platforms, digital wallets, or trade-monitoring systems.

- You understand what it takes to work in a high-growth startup—wearing multiple hats, adapting quickly to change, and taking ownership beyond your defined role.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex operational problems, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions quickly.
