What We Do :

Roma provides three core infrastructure products:

• Treasury Management: Consolidated visibility and control across all bank accounts, PSPs, stablecoin wallets, and tokenized investment accounts.

What you'll do: 

• Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and performant frontend solutions using modern web technologies.

• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements and designs into functional, user-centric interfaces.

• Serve as a technical expert in frontend development, staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, code quality, and front-end architecture.

• Work with cross-functional teams to define and implement standards, best practices, and coding conventions.

• Perform performance optimisations to enhance application speed, responsiveness, and scalability.

• Champion usability and accessibility standards, ensuring applications are intuitive and inclusive for all users.

• Monitor user feedback and conduct user testing to make data-driven UI/UX improvements.

• Stay aligned with project timelines and consistently deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Qualifications Required:

• 3-6 years of experience as a Frontend Engineer, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality frontend solutions

• Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Deep understanding of frontend architecture, design patterns, and best practices.

• Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.

• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards finding solutions.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks while adhering to deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
