About the Role

🔮 What started as fundraising software is becoming something bigger, a one-stop shop that empowers nonprofits in all their daily operations.

Already 10% of our users have found and adopted our CRM on their own, using it to better manage donor relationships.

As Principal Product Manager for our CRM vertical (reporting to our CEO), you'll lead this natural evolution into a complete operating system for small and medium nonprofits, eliminating the tool-juggling that forces them to manually sync data between platforms, lose track of donor interactions, and spend hours on administration instead of their mission. 🌟

Key Responsibilities

Your mission is to build a great CRM and get it adopted by 50% of our fundraising users with high satisfaction scores (NPS 80+, baseline for our platform).

How to get there:

  • Understand deeply our users, and how the CRM fits into the product ecosystem and our business strategy

  • Transform those insights into impactful product opportunities

  • Propose big picture solutions that are elegant — they fit well into our existing user experience and existing tech infrastructure

  • Work with designers and developers to deliver great features

  • Collaborate with marketing and other product teams to get traction and drive cross-product adoption

The Product Structure

Our product organization is built as follows: Head of Product focuses on user understanding and big picture strategy, while Product Designers and Developers own solution design and delivery.

You'll work in a culture built on:

  • Fast execution - Every project is scoped by a single developer for quick delivery and small meetings

  • Simplicity - We actively avoid complex processes. We keep a flat team structure to facilitate decision making

  • Mutual support - We recruit people who naturally prioritize helping teammates and shared success

Required Experience & Qualifications

Essential Requirements

  • 6+ years as a Startup Founder, 1st Product Manager or Product Leader, with demonstrated success owning and growing products through measurable outcomes (user growth, ARR/GMV increases, funding rounds, or notable milestones)

  • Experience in early-stage startup environments (Inception through Series B)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in design-sensitive products with self-serve acquisition

  • Experience in the US market

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: €90,000 to €130,000+ (negotiable based on expertise)

  • Equity: Competitive stock option program

  • Time Off: 5 weeks vacation + RTT days

  • Health: Full health insurance and Alan platform access

  • Location: Paris office (11th arrondissement) with flexible remote work options

  • Plus additional perks (transport reimbursement, wellness allowance, etc.)

  2. Immersion Interview with CEO (video, 1.5h) - Focus on business sense, user empathy, and product judgment through past experiences

  4. Cultural Interview with leadership (in-person, 1h) - Assess company culture and values fit
