We’re building a new solution at ACKO to help D2C brands and small businesses unlock greater consumer trust and deliver a superior post-purchase experience. We’re looking for a Business & Program Management Intern to help us bring this vision to life by supporting merchant acquisition, onboarding, and GTM operations.
This is a high-ownership role where you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, build strong relationships with merchants, and help define the playbook as we scale.
Market Research & Outreach: Identify and qualify potential partners through proactive research, inbound interest, and participation in relevant forums or events.
Merchant Engagement: Support outreach and initial conversations with merchants and brands to build trust and generate interest.
Program Ownership: Manage the lifecycle of onboarding — from documentation and integration setup to go-live coordination — collaborating with product and operations teams.
Relationship Building: Build lasting connections with client stakeholders such as founders, marketers, and operators; act as a bridge between their needs and internal teams.
Community & Retention: Drive engagement beyond onboarding — encourage testimonials, coordinate showcases, and foster a sense of partner community.
GTM Enablement: Contribute to building structured GTM assets such as decks, FAQs, templates, and onboarding playbooks.
Feedback & Insights: Capture partner feedback and market insights to help refine product features, GTM messaging, and operational processes.
0–1 years of experience or interest in business development, partnerships, or program management — ideally in D2C, SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or platform-based businesses.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage with founders and decision-makers.
Strong ownership mindset — proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to close loops.
Comfort working in a dynamic, early-stage environment where playbooks are being written.
A passion for building relationships, solving problems, and shaping how early-stage products go to market.
