Senior Key Accounts Manager

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Key Account Manager to lead and grow broker-driven B2B partnerships at Acko. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key broker accounts, driving business proposals aligned with Ackoʼs strategic goals, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and deepen long-term relationships with brokers to ensure a steady pipeline of business proposals.

  • Work closely with brokers to pitch and close deals in alignment with Acko's revenue goals.

  • Coordinate with service, claims, and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and servicing.

  • Develop and implement strategies to nurture existing client relationships and explore new opportunities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Underwriting, Product, Tech, and Claims to enable process improvements and integrated client solutions.

  • Deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals to clients and stakeholders.

  • Actively contribute to projects focused on automating onboarding, improving service delivery, and enhancing the customer journey.

Skills & Qualification

  • PG degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or related field

  • Specialization in Sales, Insurance, or Channel Management is desirable

  • 4-7 years of experience in key account management, preferably in insurance, fintech, or B2B environments

  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills

  • Understanding of general insurance products and B2B distribution models

  • Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make informed decisions

  • Familiarity with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and BI dashboards is a plus

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite
