Role Overview

We are looking for a FinOps Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. This role is critical for ensuring accurate and timely financial operations, compliance with regulatory requirements, and smooth month-end closure. The candidate will also be expected to contribute to process improvement, automation, and operational excellence.

 

Key Objectives & Deliverables

 

1)      Accurate and Timely Closing & Reporting

2)      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address recurring errors and reduce financial leakages

3)      Bank, broker commission, and vendor reconciliations

4)      Ensure timely creation of invoices and bank accounts for new/existing clients

5)      Act as the SPOC for financial queries from business teams and stakeholders

6)      Build domain knowledge and propose process improvement ideas

 

 

Qualifications & Skills

 

• B.Com with 2+ years of experience

• In-depth knowledge of financial operations, reconciliation, process improvement

• Experience developing financial reports and automation tasks

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment

• Prior experience of fintech/insurance company is an added advantage

• Excellent Microsoft office skills, VBA/Macro skills would be an added advantage
