About the Role

Insurance does not have to look dull and neither should our design. We are looking for a Visual Designer who can turn complex ideas into clear, striking visuals. You will help shape how millions of users see and experience ACKO across product screens, campaigns, and brand touch-points. What You Will Do

Create beautiful, user-focused designs for our app, website, and marketing campaigns
Understand product journeys and identify where design can improve clarity and delight
Work with product designers, marketers, and developers to maintain a consistent visual language
Contribute to our design system so everything from icons to illustrations feels cohesive
Share fresh ideas and creative perspectives during team brainstorms
Stay curious and keep learning new tools, trends, and techniques
Deliver visuals that directly impact how customers discover, understand, and trust our products

What We Are Looking For

Strong portfolio showing excellent craft, attention to detail, and visual problem-solving
3–5 years of experience in product motion design or interaction design with a strong motion focus
Solid understanding of designing for digital products
Good sense of typography, colour, layout, and visual hierarchy
Comfortable collaborating with teams and explaining design choices
Proficiency in Figma, AI tools and Adobe Creative Suite
Eagerness to learn and experiment with new ideas and approaches

Bonus skills: motion design, illustration, or side projects that show creativity and personality
