As a Senior Video Editor, you will be entrusted with managing multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering results-driven content within tight deadlines.

Skills & Qualification

• 10+ years of video editing experience for YouTube or digital platforms.

• Expert proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other editing tools.

• Strong sense of timing, visuals, and narrative flow to create engaging video content.

• Ability to work independently, with speed and creativity to meet tight deadlines.

• Strong understanding of motion graphics, color correction, and sound design.

• Collaborative mindset to work closely with producers and reporters to deliver polished, on-brand videos.

Responsibilities

• Edit YouTube videos — reviews, features, explainers and campaigns — with engaging pacing and storytelling to captivate our audience.

• Create eye-catching hooks and visually dynamic edits that keep viewers engaged and invested in our content.

• Handle motion graphics, color correction, and sound design on your own, requiring minimal external assistance.

• Work closely with producers and reporters to deliver polished, on-brand videos quickly, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.

• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and delivering high-quality content.

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in video editing to consistently improve our content and stay ahead of the curve.

• Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional creativity, speed, and independence while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve our goals.

• Maintain excellent communication and project management skills to ensure seamless collaboration with stakeholders, producers, and reporters.
