We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Key Account Manager to lead and grow broker-driven B2B partnerships at Acko. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key broker accounts, driving business proposals aligned with Acko's strategic goals, and achieving sales targets.

As a Key Account Manager at Acko, you will have a significant impact on the company's growth and revenue. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, driving business proposals, and ensuring seamless client onboarding and servicing.

Skills & Qualification

  • Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or related field

  • Specialization in Sales, Insurance, or Channel Management is desirable

  • 4-7 years of experience in key account management, preferably in insurance, fintech, or B2B environments

  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills

  • Understanding of general insurance products and B2B distribution models

  • Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make informed decisions

  • Familiarity with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and BI dashboards is a plus

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and deepen long-term relationships with brokers to ensure a steady pipeline of business proposals.

  • Work closely with brokers to pitch and close deals in alignment with Acko's revenue goals.

  • Coordinate with service, claims, and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and servicing.

  • Develop and implement strategies to nurture existing client relationships and explore new opportunities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Underwriting, Product, Tech, and Claims to enable process improvements and integrated client solutions.

  • Deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals to clients and stakeholders.

  • Actively contribute to projects focused on automating onboarding, improving service delivery, and enhancing the customer journey.
