Acko is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Key Account Manager to lead and grow broker-driven B2B partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key broker accounts, driving business proposals aligned with Acko's strategic goals, and achieving sales targets.

This role entails nurturing long-term relationships with brokers, driving revenue growth, and contributing to process improvements. If you have a strong background in sales, insurance, or channel management, a proven track record of successful key account management, and excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, we encourage you to apply.

Skills & Qualification

  • Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field

  • Specialization in Sales, Insurance, or Channel Management is desirable

  • 2-3 years of experience in key account management, preferably in insurance, fintech, or B2B environments

  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills

  • Understanding of general insurance products and B2B distribution models

  • Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make informed decisions

  • Familiarity with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and BI dashboards is a plus

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and deepen long-term relationships with brokers to ensure a steady pipeline of business proposals.

  • Work closely with brokers to pitch and close deals in alignment with Acko's revenue goals.

  • Coordinate with service, claims, and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and servicing.

  • Develop and implement strategies to nurture existing client relationships and explore new opportunities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Underwriting, Product, Tech, and Claims to enable process improvements and integrated client solutions.

  • Deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals to clients and stakeholders.

  • Actively contribute to projects focused on automating onboarding, improving service delivery, and enhancing the customer journey.

  • Lead and grow key broker-driven B2B partnerships, driving revenue growth and contributing to Acko's strategic goals.
