Aftershoot is an AI photography company serving over 200,000 users worldwide. We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and create compelling visuals that showcase our innovative software capabilities.
You'll work directly with our marketing team across content, social media, advertising, and partnerships to understand content concepts from different stakeholders and translate them into winning designs for digital and print channels. This role requires creative vision, marketing performance awareness, and alignment with our brand values.
Design marketing campaigns that communicate our product's value and align with brand strategy
Work with various marketing stakeholders to understand content concepts and translate them into high-converting designs
Build scalable design frameworks and templates to streamline campaign creation
Create assets for web, social media, email campaigns, and print materials
Design landing pages and web elements using UI principles when needed
Ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
Collaborate with product teams to translate feature updates into engaging marketing materials
Stay current with design trends in photography and tech industries
Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
Contribute creative solutions during brainstorming sessions
Track and own design performance KPIs like click-through rates (CTR) and conversion metrics
Portfolio: Strong examples of digital and print marketing design with emphasis on visual storytelling
Experience: 4+ years in marketing design, preferably in technology/software
Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with UI principles for web design
Skills: Experience creating digital ads, email campaigns, social graphics, and print materials
Performance-driven: Comfortable tracking design KPIs (CTR, conversions) and building scalable frameworks/templates
Mindset: Strong ability to work with different marketing POCs, understand diverse content concepts, and translate them into winning designs
Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
Communication: Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
Work on industry-defining AI technology in the creative space
