Your Mission

We’re looking for a Business Finance Manager to drive Aftershoot’s strategic and financial decision-making through sharp analysis, planning, and insights. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive business performance, optimize budgets, and help us scale smartly as we expand globally.

This role sits at the intersection of finance, data, and strategy; perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and wants to shape the future of a product-led SaaS business.

What You Will Be Doing

• Own company-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

• Analyze business performance, track key metrics, and drive insights for decision-making

• Build dashboards and reports that help teams track OKRs and financial health

• Partner with functional leaders (marketing, product, growth, etc.) on spend planning and ROI analysis

• Provide monthly and quarterly business reviews to leadership

• Support investor reporting, board decks, and fundraising data

• Run scenario modeling for growth, hiring, pricing, and expansion

• Identify cost efficiencies and opportunities for margin improvement

• Collaborate with accounting for accurate reporting and financial close

• Help establish finance systems and processes to scale with the business

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years of experience in business finance, FP&A, or strategy roles

• Strong command over financial modeling, Excel/Google Sheets, and scenario planning

• Excellent grasp of P&L, revenue models, unit economics, and SaaS metrics

• Comfort with ambiguity, experimentation, and cross-functional work

• Great communication and storytelling skills

• Bonus: Experience in SaaS or product-led startups

• Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Looker Studio, PowerBI, Notion, QuickBooks
