We’re looking for an IT & Tech Support Specialist to build, manage, and secure Aftershoot’s IT infrastructure. You’ll be the go-to person for all things IT—supporting employees, managing assets, maintaining networks, and ensuring data security.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving IT challenges across hardware, software, and networking, while also scaling IT systems and processes in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
Coordinate with ISPs (Tata, Airtel, etc.) for installation, maintenance, and escalations
Manage internet uptime and ensure backup connections for business continuity
Provide first-level IT troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, servers, and network issues
Oversee LAN/WAN setup, VPNs, and firewall configurations
Manage server setup, monitoring, and maintenance to ensure reliability
Maintain accurate IT asset records (laptops, chargers, accessories) in Keka/Jira or similar
Handle allocation, tracking, repair/replacement, and collection of company devices
Source laptops, monitors, and networking equipment for new hires and office setups
Negotiate with vendors on pricing, warranties, and SLAs
Set up laptops with required OS, software, and security tools (Okta, Zscaler, endpoint protection)
Manage user accounts and access for Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other SaaS tools
Ensure compliance with IT policies, data backup, and cybersecurity protocols
Suggest and implement improvements to strengthen IT infrastructure and processes
4+ years of experience in IT support, networking, or system administration
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, servers, and networks
Familiarity with firewall, VPN, and endpoint security administration
Hands-on experience with IT asset management platforms (Keka, Jira, or equivalents)
Ability to manage multiple vendors and negotiate effectively
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable with fast-paced environments
Bonus: Experience with SaaS admin (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, etc.) or server setup/monitoring
