About the Role

We’re looking for an IT & Tech Support Specialist who can own and manage all things IT at Aftershoot — from internet setups to laptop troubleshooting, asset management, and vendor coordination. You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations and helping our team stay productive without tech roadblocks.

Responsibilities

IT & Tech Support

• Coordinate with internet service providers (Tata, Airtel, etc.) for installation, maintenance, and issue resolution.

• Manage internet escalations and report outages to vendors.

• Ensure backup internet (secondary provider) is always active for business continuity.

• Work with IT vendors for troubleshooting laptops, network, and software issues.

• Provide quick first-level IT support to employees (remote and in-office).

Asset Management

• Maintain records of company-issued laptops, chargers, and accessories (on Keka or other tools).

• Track asset allocation (who has which laptop/accessory) and ensure accountability.

• Handle asset collection during employee exits / laptop returns.

• Coordinate repair/replacement of damaged laptops, chargers, and accessories.

• Keep updated logs of warranty/AMC for all IT equipment.

Procurement & Setup

• Source laptops, monitors, and other devices for new hires.

• Coordinate with vendors for price negotiations and purchases.

• Set up laptops with required software and security settings before handover.

• Arrange broadband or network devices for office and remote setups.

General IT Administration

• Manage email IDs, Zoom/Slack/Drive access, and other SaaS tools (if part of your role).

• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security protocols, and data backup processes.

• Suggest improvements to strengthen IT infrastructure and processes.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of IT support or system administration experience.

• Strong troubleshooting skills for internet, laptops, and software.

• Ability to coordinate with multiple vendors and negotiate effectively.

• Familiarity with IT asset management tools (like Keka, Jira, or equivalents).

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple IT escalations with ease.

• Bonus: Experience with SaaS admin (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, etc.).
