🚀Your Mission
We are looking for a Head of Content to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Head of Content, you'll be instrumental in shaping the company's content strategy and driving engagement through various channels. We're seeking a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and a knack for crafting content that captivates and resonates with our audience.
🎯What You Will Be Doing
Lead Content Strategy & Execution: Own and implement a global content strategy across channels to drive user acquisition and engagement, with clear KPIs defined in collaboration with leadership.
Content Creation & Management: Oversee the production of high-quality content—including blogs, newsletters, templates, guides, and ebooks—through in-house and freelance talent.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, design, product, and product marketing teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and promotes Aftershoot’s features effectively.
Channel Optimization & Consistency: Develop content playbooks, maintain a unified calendar, and ensure brand voice consistency while tailoring content to each platform’s best practices.
Performance & Analytics: Leverage data to measure content effectiveness, refine strategy, and drive content-led user growth.
Partnerships & Outreach: Build relationships with influencers, partners, and industry authorities to amplify reach, and continuously enhance our content offerings like the monthly newsletter.
💪What We’re Looking For
Bring 7-10 years of experience in content marketing, writing, editing, journalism, or a related field.
Possess exceptional storytelling prowess, able to craft content that not only grabs attention but also inspires action.
Understanding of product-led content and SEO fundamentals
Demonstrate proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to drive content decisions and deliver tangible results.
Showcase experience in managing cross-functional teams and orchestrating impactful content campaigns through collaborative efforts.
Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with an unwavering commitment to quality and attention to detail.
