Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to achieve company-wide recruitment goals, driving business growth and success.

  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand that attracts top talent, fosters a positive company culture, and encourages referrals, resulting in a diverse and inclusive workforce.

  • Develop and manage networks of professional contacts to find and attract top talent, leveraging relationships with stakeholders, senior leaders, and external partners to drive recruitment success.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and develop strategies to stay ahead, ensuring Aftershoot remains competitive in the job market.

  • Design and implement effective recruitment processes, leveraging data analysis and recruitment metrics to drive results and improve the candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, with a strong foundation in recruitment principles and practices.

  • 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully leading teams and building high-performing teams.

  • Hands-on experience with sourcing strategies, employer branding, and stakeholder management, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, senior leaders, and external partners.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to coach and develop the recruitment team to improve performance.

  • Ability to build and maintain a strong employer brand, leveraging data analysis and recruitment metrics to drive results and improve the candidate experience.
