Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to achieve company-wide recruitment goals, driving business growth and success.
Build and maintain a strong employer brand that attracts top talent, fosters a positive company culture, and encourages referrals, resulting in a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Develop and manage networks of professional contacts to find and attract top talent, leveraging relationships with stakeholders, senior leaders, and external partners to drive recruitment success.
Conduct market research to identify trends and develop strategies to stay ahead, ensuring Aftershoot remains competitive in the job market.
Design and implement effective recruitment processes, leveraging data analysis and recruitment metrics to drive results and improve the candidate experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, with a strong foundation in recruitment principles and practices.
2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully leading teams and building high-performing teams.
Hands-on experience with sourcing strategies, employer branding, and stakeholder management, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, senior leaders, and external partners.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to coach and develop the recruitment team to improve performance.
Ability to build and maintain a strong employer brand, leveraging data analysis and recruitment metrics to drive results and improve the candidate experience.
