🚀Your Mission

We are looking for a Growth Marketer to join our dynamic team and drive our acquisition strategy. This role is integral to accelerating user and customer acquisition through paid channels and optimizing our conversion funnel through data-driven experiments and growth initiatives.

As a Growth Marketer, you will primarily leverage paid acquisition as a growth lever while identifying opportunities across the customer journey from awareness to conversion. You'll scale our Google Ads and Meta campaigns, experiment with new channels, and use analytics to optimize for maximum ROI. Working at the intersection of marketing, product, and data, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement growth strategies that deliver measurable business impact.

🎯What You Will Be Doing

  1. Channel Growth & Optimization: Scale paid acquisition across Google Ads and Meta, focusing on efficient user and customer growth through targeted strategies.

  2. Audience Targeting & Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research and map customer journeys to identify high-intent, low-competition opportunities and strategic ad touchpoints.

  3. Experimentation & Strategy Development: Test new channels, campaign approaches, and creative frameworks using a structured experimentation process.

  4. Data Analysis & Conversion Optimization: Leverage tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or PostHog to track user behavior, identify drop-off points, and improve conversion rates in collaboration with other teams.

  5. Creative Development: Create strategic briefs and develop compelling ad concepts that highlight the product’s value and resonate with target audiences.

  6. Performance Tracking & Industry Awareness: Monitor key acquisition metrics, report on campaign effectiveness, and stay up to date with platform trends and emerging tactics.

💪What We’re Looking For

  1. 4+ years in paid acquisition/performance marketing with a proven track record of scaling profitable campaigns.

  2. Expertise in Google Ads and Meta, including advanced targeting and optimization.

  3. Strong in keyword research, customer journey mapping, and identifying high-intent opportunities.

  4. Proficient with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog) for conversion and ROI tracking.

  5. Creative thinker with experience briefing and collaborating with design and content teams.

  6. Skilled at identifying conversion bottlenecks and optimizing for CAC, LTV, and ROAS.

  7. Experience in SaaS or creative tech is a plus; growth mindset and experimentation-driven.
