🚀 Your Mission:
As a Growth Marketer, you will primarily leverage paid acquisition as a growth lever while identifying opportunities across the customer journey from awareness to conversion. You'll scale our Google Ads and Meta campaigns, experiment with new channels, and use analytics to optimize for maximum ROI. Working at the intersection of marketing, product, and data, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement growth strategies that deliver measurable business impact.
🎯 What You Will Do:
Scale paid acquisition channels, with primary focus on Google Ads and Meta platforms, to drive efficient user and customer growth.
Conduct in-depth keyword research to uncover new Google Search opportunities with high intent and lower competition.
Map comprehensive customer journeys to identify strategic touchpoints for targeted ad placements across platforms.
Continuously experiment with new paid channels and campaign strategies to discover untapped growth opportunities.
Develop and implement a systematic experimentation framework to test creative concepts and campaign approaches.
Use product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog, etc.) to analyze user behavior, conversion paths, and ROI from paid channels.
Identify drop-off points in the user journey and collaborate with relevant teams to optimize conversion rates.
Create detailed briefs for copywriters, designers, and video editors to develop high-performing campaign assets.
Develop creative concepts for campaigns that effectively communicate product value propositions and differentiators.
Gain a deep understanding of the product, target audience, and competitive landscape to inform campaign strategy.
Track, measure, and report on key acquisition metrics and KPIs to inform strategic decisions
Stay current with emerging paid acquisition tactics and platform changes to maintain a competitive advantage.
💪 What We're Looking For:
4+ years of experience in paid acquisition or performance marketing, with a proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably.
Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta advertising platforms, including advanced targeting, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques.
Strong keyword research skills with the ability to identify high-intent, lower-competition search opportunities.
Experience mapping customer journeys and identifying strategic touchpoints for effective ad placement.
Strong data analysis skills with experience using product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog) to track user behavior and conversion paths.
Creative mindset capable of developing innovative campaign concepts that highlight product value propositions.
Experience creating comprehensive briefs for creative teams (copywriters, designers, video editors)
Hands-on experience identifying conversion bottlenecks and collaborating cross-functionally to resolve them.
Comfort working with marketing budgets and optimizing for key performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS)
Experience in SaaS, photography software, or creative tech products is highly desirable.
Results-driven approach with a growth mindset and willingness to experiment.
