Akkio is the AI workflows platform that automates every workflow across the campaign lifecycle, helping media agencies and data providers activate their data and expertise at scale to deliver better campaigns faster.

Founded in 2019, Akkio combines state-of-the-art ML technology with a simple, intuitive interface to ensure agencies can easily infuse data into every decision across the campaign lifecycle to enhance client outcomes. The Opportunity

As a Product Designer at Akkio, you will play an essential role in designing features for our product and key customers. You will be a strong product thinker & visual designer who can connect user problems to business outcomes. This role will work hand in hand with our product and engineering teams to ensure seamless ideation, execution and iteration on some of our most important features.

This isn't just about designing features – you'll build on our vision for how AI can transform media operations and bring it to life from concept to market adoption. You'll join at an exciting growth stage following our Series A funding, with the chance to make a significant impact on our product direction and company success.

What You'll Do

• Deep product thinker - Spends time really understanding what makes our customers tick and what keeps them up at night. Ability to own the product design process from challenging the brief, through UX research, and up to detail oriented production ready designs. Bonus points if you can bring your ideas to life with AI prototyping tools (v0, Lovable, cursor, Replit, etc.)

• Design obsessed craftsperson - Keen eye for what’s happening in product & visual design right now and the ability to turn your ideas into stellar UI. Ideally, you’ve also spent time designing for marketing and brand projects and can easily whip up a page for our website for the most recent feature you shipped.

• Cross-functional collaborator - Your baseline is cross team collaboration and you believe in sharing early and often. You can communicate clearly with both the PMs & stakeholders that are defining your work and engineering teams that are building your work.

• Strong communicator - Tells a compelling story about your design concepts at every level in an organization, making high-stakes jams & reviews purposeful and enjoyable.

Who You Are

• 4+ years of experience with product design roles

• Experience in both established companies and startups

• Expert understanding of Figma

• AI-reflexivity; you already incorporate AI tooling in your design process
