Duration: 6 Months / 5 days WFO

Stipend: ₹20K - ₹25K /month

The devotion market is a $44B opportunity in India (growing at 10% CAGR), which is primarily offline and unorganized. Of the $44B, temples drive GMV of ~$27B in offerings, services, and commerce. There are 2M+ temples in India, about 10k of them have a strong historical and cultural significance. Tourism to these places is a $10B opportunity. Sri Mandir is growing 20–25% month-on-month.

Role Overview

Are you the kind of person who lives on social platforms, knows the latest trends before they go viral, and loves blending creativity with execution? We’re hiring Social Media Interns to help us amplify our brand across Instagram and YouTube.

You’ll get hands-on exposure to content strategy, influencer marketing, and channel growth, with real ownership from Day 1.

Depending on your strengths, you’ll focus on either Instagram/Influencer Marketing or YouTube Channel Growth.

Role 1 - Instagram / Influencer Marketing Track

  • Scout and shortlist Instagram creators for campaigns.

  • Manage collaboration follow-ups and smooth communication with influencers.

  • Coordinate content posting timelines with creators and internal teams.

  • Ideate fresh, engaging campaign concepts.

  • Research trends, niches, and micro-communities for growth.

Role 2 - YouTube / Channel Growth Track

  • Manage brand channel uploads, metadata, and SEO for discoverability.

  • Research niche topics and trending ideas for Shorts.

  • Track performance, organize data in reports, and spot opportunities.

  • Contribute ideas for engaging Shorts and review drafts for quality.

  • Coordinate with editors, creators, and internal teams to streamline workflows.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong understanding of Instagram trends OR YouTube growth tactics (algorithms, SEO, engagement).

  • Sharp research skills to identify opportunities and trends.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.

  • Creative thinker with a sense of what clicks on social media.

  • Bonus: Prior exposure to influencer campaigns or YouTube channel management.
