We are seeking a UI Designer who combines strong visual communication skills with AI fluency to craft data backed, engaging, outcome-driven designs. In this role, you’ll design visuals, templates, and interaction flows that directly impact user engagement, retention, and revenue growth across multiple digital touch points — from web and mobile journeys of marketing, CRM and product experiences.

Skills & Qualification

• 1–2 years of experience in UI/visual design, ideally in digital product or growth-focused environments.

• Fluent in Figma (must-have); knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools is a plus.

• AI-fluent: comfortable leveraging AI tools for design, content, and workflow efficiency.

• Strong foundation in typography, layout, color theory, and interaction design.

• Data-oriented mindset: ability to connect design work to user engagement and revenue outcomes.

• Portfolio showcasing UI design, digital communication, and visual storytelling.

• Curious, detail-oriented, and excited to experiment with new tools and approaches.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visuals and UI templates for digital touchpoints including web, app, emails, push notifications, WhatsApp, and more.

• Use AI design tools (Midjourney, Dalle etc.) alongside Figma to accelerate creative delivery and experimentation.

• Translate user insights and performance data into compelling design narratives that improve engagement and conversion.

• Create intuitive UI components and visual systems that drive measurable business impact.

• Support A/B testing with multiple creative variations and contribute to design performance analysis.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
