The Opportunity We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who can craft intuitive, scalable, AI-powered consumer experiences. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong design fundamentals, systems thinking, and execution speed, someone who doesn’t just make screens but solves problems end-to-end.

You’ll work on 0→1 explorations, core product journeys, and scaled features that influence how millions experience devotion and spirituality digitally.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end design for key product flows across mobile and web

• Craft intuitive, data-informed, and AI-powered user experiences

• Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and data teams to shape problem definitions and success metrics

• Create high-quality wireframes, interactions, prototypes, and polished UI designs

• Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and scalability

• Use user insights, usability findings, and behavioral data to validate and iterate designs

• Communicate design decisions clearly with strong storytelling and rationale

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years of experience designing consumer-facing products (B2C, social, gaming, or high-engagement apps)

• Strong portfolio showcasing interaction design, visual craft, systems thinking, and problem-solving

• Fluency in Figma and comfort with prototyping tools

• Good understanding of data-driven and metric-oriented design

• Exposure to or interest in building AI-powered experiences

• Ability to work independently in an IC capacity while contributing to the larger design culture

• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills

• Bonus: Background from NID, Srishti, NIFT, IDC, MIT-ID, or equivalent design schools
