Skills & Qualification

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including campaign creation, targeting, and optimization.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides, with the ability to prepare performance reports and insights.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI for campaigns.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, while maintaining excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Preferred skills include prior experience or coursework in digital marketing, knowledge of keyword research tools like Google Keyword Planner or SEMrush, and familiarity with social media advertising tools like Meta Ads Manager or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

• Strong knowledge of ad platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, launching, and uploading paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.

• Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements to maximize conversions and minimize costs.

• Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI for campaigns, and prepare performance reports and insights using tools like Meta Ads Manager and Excel.

• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and placements to optimize campaigns and improve performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and analytics teams, to develop and execute marketing campaigns.

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the marketing landscape, including industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practices across various ad platforms and social media channels.
