We’re looking for designers who lead by connecting the dots between user insights, design patterns, and business goals. You will partner and collaborate closely with user research, content, product management, engineering, marketing, and data. Designing for Bharat takes a diverse, empowered team — come be a part of ours. Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree / Master’s degree in Design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial) or equivalent practical experience.

• 4 or more years of experience in User Experience Design or industry experience.

Responsibilities (What you'll do)

• Dive into research to steer our design in the right direction and make sure it's hitting the spot with our users.

• Connect with our users - understand their frustrations, desires, and dreams, to tailor solutions that feel personal and spot-on.

• Take the lead on the design front, from the spark of an idea through sketching, prototyping, refining, and gathering user thumbs-ups.

• Team up closely with the brains behind our product - the managers, engineers, and big thinkers - to bring user-centric masterpieces to life.

• Sketch, build, and polish standout digital designs, ensuring they're both beautiful and functional.

• Keep your designs fresh and responsive, always tuned into user feedback and the latest data insights.

• Stand by your design decisions with solid reasoning and a critical eye.

• Keep our visual game strong and consistent, making sure it always feels like us.
